Project Coordinator

Job descriptions

• Ensuring that each project is managed effectively and efficiently to maximize profit within the context of the appropriate service requirements for each project.
• Monitoring projects that fall behind schedule and making adjustment of resources to rectify or prevent a snowball effect.
• Ensuring that each project is conducted in a manner that impresses people both within and outside with professionalism.
• Reviewing all project correspondence, meeting notes and other data to keep fully informed on the project.
• Reviewing and supervising the inspection and listing of defective and incomplete work in accordance with the Contractors Claims of Practical Completion.
• Monitoring the performance of sub-consultants and/or sub-contractors in responsible projects and taking immediate steps to overcome non-performance or other difficulties.
• Rate of salary: Start 18,000-22,000 Baht (negotiable)
